Hello
Hi my name is Aimee Denno. I reside in Northern California with my husband, Jesse, in the awesome town of Auburn and we are expecting the arrival of our first little girl in October 2024! I enjoy any activities that involve being outside, being with friends and family, and a little healthy dose of competition. I love to make people smile ALMOST as much as I’ve loved every chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever encountered.
My Reason Why
I have the distinct honor of being one of the only people to have actually met Daniel Lee. I was Abigail’s Labor and Delivery nurse at the birth of her son, and helped welcome him peacefully into this world and straight into her arms. I have always had a special place in my heart for infant loss, miscarriage, and stillbirth due to personal exposure at a young age. You see, my younger brother was also stillborn at 37 weeks gestation. As an L&D nurse, I have helped countless families through some of the best times of their lives and also some of the most gut wrenching, soul crushing, and heart breaking times as well. Daniel Lee’s Gift is another avenue through which I am able to come alongside families in the weight of their grief to help alleviate even just a small portion of their burden.
